I guess I’m just a romantic gal at heart. Maybe it sounds silly, but I always believed that there was one soulmate meant for me. I believed (and still do) that some things are “meant to be.” Everything that happens, happens FOR us. Every date is a teacher.

But when I had a bad date or a rough day, I would get off track and I would begin to think it’s hopeless, I’m a jerk magnet, I’m going to be alone forever, blah, blah, blah. So when I would feel that way, one of the life hacks I used was music. Listening to positive music turned my thoughts back to focusing on what I wanted to create, and what IS possible. That was the origin of My Love Playlist.

Some things really are meant to be! We are not meant to be alone. God was sending me my soulmate. He was out there (actually, he was right in front of me the whole time!), getting ready for me!
