“All Alright” by Lindsay Ell stood out to me because she totally nails a few things I wrote down on my soul mate manifestation list. This song emulates the kind of love I wanted, want, and have.
What you write down on your soul mate list and focus on is what you will create. When you meet a person, he or she is at a certain point in the cycle of life. We all change. We’re all a work in progress. No one is perfect, and you certainly don’t have to be perfect. I didn’t attract husband material until I became crystal clear about what I wanted, described it in great detail, and put all my focus on becoming that person I described.
Here are some of the things I have on my soul mate list:
- My soulmate is happy!!
- My soulmate loves to laugh and loves people and always lifts everyone up.
- My soulmate loves to dance with me.
- My soulmate loves the mornings and loves to watch the sunrise with me.
- He reminds me to lighten up and we have SO. MUCH. FUN together.
- My soulmate is generous with his time and is available to take me on dates and plan activities that he thinks would be fun.
With John, all those things came true. I wrote it down, became that person myself, and then attracted that in a partner. I found someone that, as long as “[he’s] with me, it’s gonna be all, all alright.” Start your list and journey to becoming that kind of person today.
If we go broke, we go broke together.
All Alright by Lindsay Ell
Sometimes cars break down in the middle of nowhere
And there ain’t another pair of headlights for miles
Sometimes rain just falls through a little crack
In the roof makes a pool on ’em kitchen tiles
And then there’s you, laughin’ like the sun is out
Sayin’ here’s to the things we can’t do nothin’ about
We can make money that don’t last forever
If we go broke, we go broke together
If you’re with me, baby
It’s gonna be all, all alright
We can make plans that change on a dime
End up somewhere we didn’t have in mind
If you’re with me, in the front seat
It’s gonna be all, all alright
All, all alright
All, all alright
All, all alright
All, all alright
Sayin’ here’s to the things we can’t do nothin’ about
Sometimes life gets hard as hell
And I can’t tell when it’s gonna get better again
Sometimes all I need to do is look at you
When you’re makin’ that face that says
We can make money that don’t last forever
If we go broke, we go broke together
If you’re with me, baby
It’s gonna be all all alright
We can make plans that change on a dime
End up somewhere we didn’t have in mind
But if you’re with me, in the front seat
It’s gonna be all, all alright (oh, yeah)
And then there’s you laughin’ like the sun is out
Sayin’ here’s to the things we can’t do nothin’ about
We can make money that don’t last forever
If we go broke, we go broke together
If you’re with me, baby
It’s gonna be all, all alright (oh yeah)
If you’re with me, in the front seat, It’s gonna be all, all alright
We can make plans that change on a dime
End up somewhere we didn’t have in mind
But if you’re with me, in the front seat
It’s gonna be all, all alright (it’s gonna be alright)
All, all alright yeah
All, all, all alright (it’s gonna be alright)
All, all alright
All, all, all alright (it’s gonna be alright)
All, all alright
All, all alright (baby if you’re with me)
All, all alright
All, all, all alright (it’s gonna be alright)
All, all alright
All, all alright
All, all alright
All, all, all alright
